Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of Stockdale, providing strategic leadership and oversight of the institution. It also approves key policies and governance frameworks while overseeing quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Academic Board

The Academic Board is Stockdale’s peak academic governance body and the principal source of academic advice to the Board of Directors. It provides oversight of the institutes academic standards, ensuring the quality and integrity of learning and teaching, assessment, academic integrity, and scholarly activity. The Academic Board also ensures that academic programs and practices align with regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and the institutions commitment to continuous improvement.

Learning and Teaching Committee

The Learning and Teaching Committee provides strategic advice on learning and teaching practices, scholarly activity, curriculum enhancement, and assessment. The Committee oversees the ongoing development, review, and continuous improvement of courses, ensuring alignment with national higher education standards and contemporary educational practice.

Course Advisory Committee

The Course Advisory Committee oversees the development and periodic review of courses to ensure they remain academically rigorous, industry-informed, and responsive to emerging trends. Membership includes both internal academic staff and external representatives, bringing a broad range of disciplinary, industry, and higher education expertise to support course quality, relevance, and continuous improvement.
